Wireless Wander Alarm Ideal solution to monitor the movement of Alzheimer patients. The system consists of two components: a movement monitor and a wireless remote alarm carried by the caregiver. When the patient passes the motion detector, the remote alarm is activated warning you or your staff that a patient is wandering.Palce the motion detector near a doorway or location of choice (mounting tape is supplied) and turn the detector on. When the patient passes the detector, the remote alarm is activated. The detector does not make sound so the resident won't become agitated. A great feature for both patient and caregiver.The remote alarm has three tone settings and is effective up to 120' away from the detector.
