The Cando Inflatable Vestibular Seating/Standing Disk mimics both the movement and shape of the inflatable ball when used on any seat. It acts as a dynamic cushion to activate the major muscle groups. Use it on the floor as a standing disc for balance training, proprioception, and strengthening of the lower extremities. Can be deflated to 1" thickness (mushy) or inflated to 2" thickness (firm). PLEASE NOTE: Shown in photo are both the Large (23.6 in/60 cm) and the Small (13.8in/35 cm) Disks. This product is the Small Standing Disk, shown on the right in the photo.
