- Bright zinc plated, blue passivated, double ball bearing swivel head
- Swivel lock brake locks the swivel mechanism only
- Bolt stem with 5/16" threaded hole 3/4" above mounting surface, for use with round tubing
- Threaded axles allow for easy wheel change
- Wheel center made of polypropylene
- Thermoplastic rubber tread is non-marking
- Threadguards included
