• New Consumer Customers: Please create your username and password during Checkout to process your order.
• Residential Shipments: All orders over $50.00 will require a signature at the time of delivery. Orders over $100.00 must ship via UPS/Fed-Ex and will be subject to a Residential surcharge. To avoid a residential fee, please select USPS Priority Mail as the shipping method.
