All Alco wheelchair upholstery is finest quality heavy duty vinyl that meets or exceeds federal regulations for flame retardancy and is covered by manufacturers $15 million dollar liability coverage.All upholstery is lined with a non-tear liner and is heat sealed to prevent bacteria growth. Surface of upholstery is flat style. Mounting hardware (two metal strips, matching screws and finishing washers) is included in package.
