RETURN OF MERCHANDISE

Written approval with RA number must be obtained from ALCO Sales & Service Co. for all returned merchandise. Where authorization is granted, a restock charge plus all freight charges may apply. No returns on custom-made & special order items unless due to factory error. 30 day limit on returns.

ALCO MINIMUM ORDER AND TERMS

Terms: 20 day net. ALCO has a $20.00 minimum order. Orders less than $20.00 we will add a $4.00 small order charge to process any order under $20.00.

PRIVATE INDIVIDUAL ORDERS

An acknowledgement form must be signed and returned for all orders over $100.00 before the order can be processed. Orders over $500.00 must be prepaid by check, no credit cards will be accepted.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY TERMS

We make every effort to expedite your order the same day. Postage or shipping charges will be added to your order unless you request some other arrangement. F.O.B. Shipping Point. When using your own shipping account (Third Party), a handling charge will be applied.

CONDITIONAL CONTRACT OF SALE

Product information contained in this site is as supplied by the manufacturer of the item. While we believe it to be generally correct we do not guarantee it, with the exception of so state guarantees and warranties. Title of Goods is reserved in seller until entire purchase price is paid in full. In default of payment at maturity, seller may remove such goods in event this account becomes delinquent and is necessary to institute proceedings. Purchaser agrees to pay reasonable attorney fees and court costs.

WARRANTIES

The ALCO Classic™ Wheelchair line carries a limited lifetime warranty on frames & crossbraces and a 5-year warranty on components. All products manufactured by a third party and distributed by ALCO Sales are sold to you "as is" and are subject only to the warranties provided by the manufacturer, if any. The warranties are void and do not cover any products that have been altered, tampered with, abused, misused, or used for purposes other than for the use intended by ALCO Sales.
